Famously created here in Chicago, Deep Dish pizza is a tall, round pizza with a thick bottom crust and generous layers of cheese, toppings, and sauce. The sauce is usually layered on top of the cheese, which protects the crust below from becoming soggy.  Our deep-dish pizzas boast a caramelized cheese crust outer ring and a light-and-crunchy cornmeal base.
